The original design was too ‘lacking’ in terms of accessories to be appropriately named Oiran.
So I amped up the regal factor. I think she looks pretty enough to be called Oiran, since the title literally means high ranking courtesan.

Took a lot longer then the others but the end result and Arte’s reaction was definitely worth the extra elbow grease!
