We still have some cassets because the DVD versions were rubish, they removed huge chunks out of ‘A Muppets Christmas Carol’ that we couldn’t go without!

Ok, there’s no way she did that unless she pushed the lever inside the reel release hole in the center of the bottom of the cassette (the VCR does that with a plastic pin that goes into the hole when a tape is inserted; if the lever is not pressed the reels will not turn). That’s why you can’t simply pull the tape out like you can with an audio cassette.
That being said, this is a cute picture but Twi isn’t stupid as regards to technology; the artist seems to have forgotten the time she tried to do a brain scan on Pinkie with the computer-looking device she had in the basement.

@Background Pony
i have the original OoT too but i ended up buying the 3ds version because at the time there wasn’t another good 3ds agem and i was already tired of mario kart 7 (looking back, i should have buy super merio land 3d instead).

Here, here. (Agreed!)
No way I’m going to get rid of something I already have because it’s there again in better technology. It’s basically my main reason for not buying LoZ:Ocarina of Time in other systems, because I already have it for the original, there’s no good reason for me to buy the same game just because it has a few extra quirks to it. However if it’s there’s a whole new game/story in it then maybe I’ll consider getting a different version. For movies being moved to DVD the only thing that’s different between the tapes is that they get flashy menus and minigames. wow, that sure makes things better… :/
