The Strawhats gained wanted posters when Luffy freed Nami’s home island from Arlong’s control and beaten up a corrupt marine officer. The officer then placed a bounty on Luffy afterwards but all it did was have him gain a rep. After taking down Sir Crocodile, the marines couldn’t ignore Luffy anymore and even further down the line of declaring war on the World Government in the effort of getting Robin back, and assulting a Celestial Dragon. The Strawhats are really on the World Government sh**list…

A wanted poster. Why do the Straw Hat Pirate from One Piece have wanted poster of them? Are they criminals if not then why they have wanted posters of them?
