Based on the song that was released as part of Tell Your Tale Volume 1 (the album, not the EP, according to Spotify), that would certainly seem to be the case. And based on past patterns, it’ll probably be episode 37, since that will release on Thursday the 24th, which is after Winter Wishday releases on Monday the 21st.
But who knows, maybe they’ll surprise us and make it both episodes 36 and 37 being holiday-themed, with 37 tying more directly into the events of the special.

Well, we did have a TYT episode that debuted Sparky, Misty & Opaline after MYM Chapter 2 was released. So Maybe We’ll have a TYT Wishday episode Before or After the special releases.
