Kiwi as a changeling ( chuckles ) makes sense. The ability to blend in anywhere would be a huge help to her as a Runner and given her lack of trust.
If you’ve seen the Gen 4 movie think of Grubber. Derpibooru calls his species hedgehog. Just imagine Pilar in that body style and I think it matches. Plus the spines are warning that he’s an unpleasant bastard to be around. Maybe Becca was adopted?

For Adam I think a chromed minotaur. Mostly armor plate and huge pistons. All that’s left of his meat shell is one broken horn. A reminder of the last time he fought Morgan Blackhand.
