If you just compare the animation quality of this footage to the quality of the rest of the Hot Topic video, it’s pretty obvious that this is show footage.
Is there any source that would suggest this is season 4 footage, because unless there is I don’t see any reason to assume it is. And also, yayay another hot minute video.
That’s cute. Maybe in an emergency, she’s able to fly thanks to adrenaline and stuff, but I suspect good ol’Twilight overthinks when she’s trying to fly under normal circumstances.
That look on her face tells me she’s going, “Okay, quick leap into the air, flap wings at x amount of speed, generate lift and-AcK!”
Since Meghan McCarthy says she considers Magical Mystery Cure to be a 3-parter. I wouldn’t be surprised if season 4 starts where seasons 3 finale left off.
Twilight says “everything is going to be just fine…” then crashes.

Why do you expect people who didn’t like the idea to suddenly love it after a few months? It’s been 14 years since we were introduced to Jar Jar Binks, and plenty of people still hate him.
The ending of Season 3 finale is non-canon just like the breaking of the 4th wall in Magic Duel.
Twilight took of without any reason and flew directly into the camera…it was just a way to end the episode.
