Boy you are fiesty, if you didn’t already see, Yuri put a psychic dominator on that one island, it’s activation was delayed by an air strike then the Allies went back in time, changed the past and the dominator’s design was changed to a much less powerful design. There is also some debate on the skirmish and various mission psychic dominators, since some controlled only cities and others controlled entire countries or continents, while in skirmish it only controls a small area. Aside from that, you can’t say I didn’t research unless you specifically saw me at my home look at the Wiki page, unless you’re some stalker in my neighborhood.

And the psychic beacon is a completely different design to the dominator, hence why I said DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Continuing off my last comment, the pic is a mind controlling building called a Psychic beacon. It mind controls areas about as big as a city though it varies. It has a bigger brother called a Psychic dominator that can control entire countries

It’s called Red Alert 2, and it’s expansion pack, Yuri’s Revenge. Both of them have Yuri in it and he has mind controlling powers, and he uses them to try and take over the world with the Soviets
