Although I agree with you in regards to AJ being simplistic of thought is an indication of stupidity. It isnt all important but it suggests stupidity. However we dont know AJ’s thoughts besides she has a contented nature.
I dont think AJ is dumb because she doesnt do anything abjectly stupid all that often and everypony has their dumb moments
I recall an /mlp/ thread which did a good job examining the mane 6’s intelligence and we went into AJ quite a bit.
Beside, “she’s no chicken” ;)
She also have no family or group beside being a member of the CMC… ;_;
AJ is now dumb by canon!
