Either that was a poorly thought out nod to the fans, or the writer just said that Lyra, Bon Bon, and Golden Harvest have three-ways in the park.
 
Also, Blueblood’s card mentioned that he spat out Applejack’s treats. Take a look at the warning on Queen Chrysalis’ card…

It’s perfect how each card got the character’s personality in both writing and picture. Gilda’s bitch face, Photo Finish and Hoity Toity all SRS, Blueblood doing flirty smiles, very inspired work on these.

It looks like they may not be able to directly refer to Bon Bon for some reason. It is a name from previous generations, like Firefly, Surprise, etc.
 
Lyra “sharing bonbons with Golden Harvest” fits in with all the other sly references to fanon, but more than that, it seems to strongly imply that they “share” Bon Bon…
