Description
In an alternate universe, Pinkie and Ace have a foal.
I can finally present you the final drawing of a cute family photo, with mother Pinkie, father Ace and their son Lil’ Ace (the name’s a placeholder and I may consider changing to different name BTW)
Originally started as a sketch made for fun during my Twitch stream (and suggested by one of my Twitch chatters), I decided to turn this into a full drawing. Still not sure how shading and lighting works, but I had fun with it and in the end I’m happy with the results.
I slightly altered Pinkie’s mane (notice the yellow hair tie) for showing that she’s a mom now, similarly like her future self in the final episode of the show - albeit younger and not “full of stuff” yet, unlike there - but she is still a party animal in her heart. Ace didn’t change much (other than he’s a dad now here), therefore he’s still recognizable with his manecut.
Lil’ Ace’s design were more or less playing with genes - he has the coat of his dad, but the eyes and mane color of his mom. The mane style is a mix of their parents’ manes - the base is of his dad’s mane but some of the curls come from his mom’s.
I want to thank the fellow Twitch chatter for suggesting me this idea that started out as a fun sketch and eventually turned out into an even fun full drawing <3
