The comic opens with Posey narrating her dislike about pegasi due to creating unwanted winds, meddling in her hobbies, always say before Posey says so and getting way too close. And thus, Posey adds that she hates all pegasi (except for Windy).

So in the picture I linked Bonbon is miserable. The last few lines are a shift to a happier more hopeful outlook.

I feel that Posey and Windy will be a great couple. I hope Posey will figure out she likes Windy that way. When she does she will ( hopefully ) have a much better day because of it.

I ship them. And I thought, I dunno… There was kinda the same vibe between the two pictures. I may be wrong. Oh well.
