I thought that it was Rarity’s way of telling us that if you fuck Spike, to her you are fucking her vagina. She may also be referencing how she pleasures Spike.

Guys, just go watch Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo (the second of Rob Schneider’s Deuce Bigalow movies) they use the term mangina everywhere (at least the european gigolos). Btw, related to the movie… WTF is a Sneaky Castro?!
