Sometimes they have shown to not to be able to swim, plus Rainbow Dash as the adorable lifeguard doesn't want her adopted sister and her little friends drowning.

@Mr Myoozik: Are you saying you've never seen grown ups drink alcohol with kids around? Besides it's Berry Punch who's confirmed to be an alcoholic.
