Description
these three haven’t been drawn in a while.
Also this is based off a experience I had while near a riverbank with my family.

“What are you two doing?” Bitterroot asks as he walks closer to the twins crouching near the riverbank. He does this cautiously. Knowing all too well that there is a very good chance he may be hit with a projectile simply by approaching these two.
“Baby Frogs!” Primp says excitedly only to have her brother interject:
“*Tadpoles, actually”
Tadpoles…
Bitterroot does know of these things, of course: through picture books.
But to suddenly meet with the real thing made Bitterroot take a step back. He could vaguely see black fish-like things swimming in contrast to the green water. Primp’s ear twitches and she smiles widely at the water.

A large tadpole swam shyly towards Primps hoof, swimming close and then taking a swim back only to then move towards Primp’s hoof again.
“This one! This one be swimming towards my hoof!”
She tries her utmost to keep her hooves still as her head sways erratically to the two boys who also became interested in this tadpole.
“They were all running from me, but this one ain’t scared!”
Prink frowns and lightly taps at the water near Primp’s hooves, the sudden movement scares the large tadpole away.
“AH! WHY!?”
“It should’ve happened to me, I was the one who found the tadpoles first.”
The spectator, Bitterroot, felt amazed at the pettiness he was witnessing.
But after a few minutes a large tadpole once again swam near Primps hooves.
“!!” The three kids were amazed, the brave tadpole came back.
The large tadpole touched Primps hoof and suddenly in the same swish of it’s tail, it swam near Prink’s hoof, the tadpole began to do laps between the two twins.
Prink and Primp smiled in unison, Prink was totally satisfied and the tadpole seemed to relieved.
Again, Bitterroot really doesn’t know what to say, he feels as if he learned something new today: Prink is very easy to please.
“It’s decided, he’s named Jeremiah!” Primp resolutely said
“Or Jerry if it’s a girl!”
“Will your moms even let you get a tadpole for a pet?” Bitterroot really can’t see their mothers, especially the fashionable one allow them to keep one of those things. She might even have a heart attack at the mere idea.
“OBVIOUSLY!” The twins said in unison.
Hm, it really doesn’t feel like that mom has any choice.
