I didn't realize that wasn't obvious though.
When creating TV shows, people who are in charge of quality check sometimes just miss such issues, and that's how animation errors end up in the final product. (In rare cases, when re-released, sometimes some of animation errors get actually fixed later, but not always).
Animation errors in TV shows and movies are quite common! Especially in TV shows.
Most likely, a person who checked the MYM special just blinked during this frame, and that's how they didn't notice it. :)
