Isn’t there leaks about Mare Do Well returning? Maybe Zipp would use the persona with her visor. Though again, it is just leaks and the leak said it’s Hitch who use the persona

They released some of TYT episodes out of siquence initially, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it turns out later that this episode was supposed to air before the premiere of MYM as well.
Though, most likely, animators just used all the props prepared for the MYM series, including ones that still weren’t introduced by TYT, just accidentally.

I look forward to Izzy turning Zipp into Batmare.
If that really happened, i’d want to see Zipp/Batmare take on the Shadowy Alicorn in a knock-down drag-out fight that rivals the warehouse fight scene from Batman vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice. Criticize that movie all you want (it deserves it), but that fight scene kicks ass so hard the audience ends up with bruises.
