I’ll DM you
would love to know more :) maybe i can also DM you my discord so we can share screens of pre production things :)
also what software are you using :)
Hm, well, my team is about to model our first character with a balance between stylized and realistic, so I can show you that when we are finished (about 2-3 days) in DMs. Just remind me cause I will forget :P
well i have yet to find reference art of MLP ponies done in the style that would “fit” your balance levels
if there was one then i could replicate it but at this point in time people dont draw them that way so i cannot use a hybrid model because none exists
thank you for the complement tho but know that without the existence of hybrid models to refer to i cannot make those topology changes
quite literally the changes i would make might be seen as a structural similarity to the princess body type as those are closer to the hybrid that i would need (sleek yet closer to the real thing)
i did base the styles off of pony throat on Furaffinity tho (the maw shots he did of the mane 6 are what i used)
I know. I was joking about how with this render, he looks like a brillo pad
I know, you just have to be careful about your ballence
Pretend these are in a triangle:
Realistic
Stylistic (cartoony)
Abstract
your pony splits in two, touching on both very Realistic and very Stylistic. Instead, if you have more of one, you should have less of the other.
It is mainly the fact that you use a super stylistic cartoon horse with super realistic features like fur and tounge. Instead, maybe you should make the fur a bit more cutesy/cartoony, trading realism for style, or make the anatomy more realistic, trading style for realism.
See what I mean? So, overall I love the idea, but with future projects it is important to think about that ballance ^u^
fur on this pony sits as it does because hes a snuggle floof
it follows his body like any fur does and my intent is to make him appear soft and lovable :3 (is why he licks the screen)
Male :)
i have not added genitalia but i thought the lack of eyelashes would help show that :)
am glad you like him licking tho
no
its my OC Ponlets
here he is in another scene it is not something else
