There’s no canon circumstance of this happening. Basically in this story the hive itself can cover over a body part and modify it using its changling magic.
I suppose. We don’t know what changelings are capable of. That’s one thing I missed about G4, to have an in depth explanation how changelings work.
No I mean change other creature’s parts of body like this image here, turning Ember’s claws into normal feet.
They can. In season 6 Thorax literally changed into a rock and Chrysalis changed into a mountain goat and a giant bird in season 9.
