Honestly, that is what a lot of performers look like in the morning. It isn't until the sun is setting that they really shine.
It might not be where the comic is heading, and I don't want to detract from the artists humor, but it's not impossible that what we're seeing is Trixie getting up at 6 AM to be with Glimmer as she heads out for work, even though she herself doesn't start prepping for gigs until 4 PM.
