Shy may be a bit on the cowardly side for the most part
Cowardly isn’t the right word. Cowardly implies she lacks courage, which is not the case. Fluttershy would divebomb as fast as she could if she saw Rainbow Dash falling to her death for example.
She’s basically a scaredy cat when there’s nothing on the line and fearless when it means the safety of her friends.
Otherwise, yes I agree. She’s the shy silent type that can be scary when you push her!

Plus she scared her friends half to death in Scare Master.
Shy may be a bit on the cowardly side for the most part, but she can become quite frightening when she’s pushed.

She nearly fell to her death as a filly, saved only by a swarm of butterflies. I think a little acrophobia would totally understandable after an experience like that, even if she can fly.
