Discord did not want to change either before Fluttershy started actually helping her and even after that he still did neumerous horrible things. Starlight was also in a similar position.
No one tried to help Cozy reform like they did with those two. How is she supposed to feel any remorse when the first thing they did was stick her in a cage?

I’d argue that even Tartarus was way too much for her. A small empty metal cage is no place for a child, or any living being for that matter. I don’t think enough people think about how cruel of a place it is.

Cozy didn’t want to change. She also doesn’t show remorse.
Sure, as far as School Raze goes, that pretty much sums it up. I’ll give you that.
But she changed a lot in Season 9. She even admitted that working together felt better.
After her defeat in The Ending of the End, how do you know that she still didn’t want to change. She didn’t show vengeance until the end like Chrysalis did. Hell, she doesn’t even speak a single line of dialogue after losing her powers. All we have to go on is how desperate she looked. But desperate for what? Escape? Or change? We can’t know for absolute sure.
I don’t care how much of a monster she may have been. Honestly I would’ve been fine if they put her back in Tartarus after the finale , but stone was just a few steps too far. She may not technically be dead, but she’s frozen in a state of misery for a very long time potentially, which imo was just a really poor way to end the series.

Cozy didn’t want to change. She also doesn’t show remorse. She is literally a devil. And don’t give me the “she is just a kid”, you don’t have actual proof that she is just a kid. Do not fall for cute creatures.
