After all these years this is still one of my favorite pieces of Pinkie artwork. It really captures that duality in her character. Insecure about how her friends truly feel about her, being aware of her lack of maturity, her depression creating an alternate personality in her head, and they do it without characterizing her as a blood lusting serial killer. This is the kind of art Pinkie needed more of, to delve into her character more thoroughly.
