who lives in Cloudsdale and hates her job. As her name implies,
she brings in the overcast before a storm.

OP, please don’t use or create tags like “mlp:fim”. Derpibooru isn’t DeviantArt, such tags aren’t needed. “friendship is magic” is also an episode tag (it’s yellow) and this image definitely isn’t from the pilot episode, so it does not apply.
