But if ponies can change their hardness at will like that robot….. Would it sound like that….?
Ah so Celestia was lying to us?! She is a hard hoof conspiracy theorist now?!

Even without magic.
Sure sure, that works… but I see you have no excuse for why Lauren Faust had that pony use a 4 string instrument. Or for the teacup handles.
And why would Faust give ponies banjos or sousaphones, instruments that require multiple fingers to use?
And what was Faust thinking when she introduced rounded doorknobs?
How did Faust plan to explain how Fluttershy is picking her nose with a hoof?
Do you have Lauren’s notes on how Applejack is holding three sticks with one hoof?
Maybe it all falls into Faust’s vision that pony hooves aren’t even hooves at all?
And while we’re here, maybe you can explain why Lauren was so obsessed with giving ponies saddles and bridles?
I suppose in 3d it’s easier to animate sticky hooves than to have Izzy’s forleg wrap around the ruler.
Octavia isn’t holding the bow with sticky hooves; she’s holding it in the first joint of her foreleg.
Faust was actually pretty explicit about not wanting sticky hooves; they only showed up in the early seasons when the animators felt they had no other option given the script.
It’s also really odd given that Pipp’s phone is specifically designed with a notch for her hoof, so some attention was clearly paid to the issue.
Lauren Faust set the precedent in Season 1, showing a pony playing a 4-string instrument and holding a bow with ~magic~.
And have you ever thought about all those teacups in Season 1 that Lauren Faust put into the show? The ones with tiny finger holes?
I didn’t mean in a negative way I meant it more in a silly, quirky way.
Yeah, and looks even worse in 3D. This isn’t a good sign.
it’s Wingardium Levios-ahhh
