Well negativity, also positivity are both 2 edged swords, positivity is best for creating objectives, ideas, manifesting “strategic optimism” or “creative optimism”, the most healthy form of positivity, while negativity isn’t all bad, is best for testing, setting defenses, creating back-up plans, called “defensive pessimism”, having too much of any of the two causes different types of harm (too much positive can risk disappointment, too much negative can create insanity or too high stress).
The jerks in the show are always shown to be in the wrong, and you’re being part of the problem with your negativity
