[TL;DR] I believe that [after she is "convinced"], Cozy Glow would had to be put in a "witness protection program" equivalent to hide her identity for the rest of her life.
-> It should be posible (only for her, not the whole trio) to "hide" her true identity IF she accepts to both change her name & permanently dye her coat & mane of other colors [her cutiemark is not "unique enough" to need camouflage or Starlight´s curse/replacement].
[Alternatively: Just "exile" her to the Equestria Girls world (alongside Tirek & Chrysalis)].
