Number 15 of the project. The scarecrow is a balance nightmare.  
I would first provide a list of Wu characters in the project: Princess Molestia, the scarecrow, Blackjack, Milky Way, Little AJ from Vavacung’s Chaos Future, Dusk Shine, and Anon. Blackjack is there because I want one FOE character in each faction. And the rest are all comedic character designs. I used the Scarecrow instead of Big Brian because for ‘a charasmatic stallion’ archetype, we already have Anon. And using the Scarecrow, I can make some time themed joke about Chinenese politician Jiang Zemin.  
His ability actually originated from Malzahar’s ult in LOL. An ability that sacrifices your ‘time’ as resource to achieve certain things. Which afterwards I realized that sound exactly like Fiddlesticks, who is an actual scarecrow.  
But I want to take a step further. I don’t want a character who just stands there and cast spells like a scarecrow. I want him to do what he did in the banned from Equestria daily game - to be able to use the enemy’s time.  
And unintentionally, I created an LTK’s equivalent of Akali.
