Tooth brushing isn’t exactly a fetish fuel for me, however I like this picture. It’s well drawn, and in this case I interpret it that Fluttershy appreciates having a human boyfriend who is willing to help her with brushing her teeth, which is a difficult for non-unicorns and requires a degree of personal trust if someone else is going to do it for her. She’s bashful about it because her boyfriend is learning ever nook and cranny about her mouth, which in a way is very intimate.
