Based on my time on KYM I’m it would go something like this;  
OP would be called a f*g, people would complain about new members being able to make new pages, someone would +1 confirm, more people would +1 confirm/ +1 work, in would be researched, it would be confirmed, it would make the homepage, haters would complain, it would be in the top ten image galleries for a while, people would lose interest, it would be forgotten, it would be deadpooled.  
All in about a month’s time.

What if she got a page on KYM? Well, for starters, you’d have to make certain she qualifies as a meme. If you’re not able to show that, chances are we will reject the entry. The page doesn’t need to look like straight A’s quality, Mods and Staff can help you on that, just make certain there’s some evidence of spread.
 
Currently the Twiface tag gives 110 results on Derpibooru. If I can believe other comments here, that’s also where it stops. That’s not something to call KYM worthy yet. Give it time, see how it spreads, decide from there. If you make a KYM page now chances are people will reject it or claim it “forced”, only hurting your potential idea.
 
If you still want to make a page, I won’t stop you. Just a heads up that currently chances are higher it’ll be rejected.

Not so much. The main entry is already a huge clusterfuck of information. We rather avoid adding every single small topic there and keep some overview present. When it comes to MLP memes or events, we’re more likely to give it a seperate article if it’s noteworthy enough.

What grows to become a meme is not our choice, that’s up to the internet. What we document and accept as legit entries is though. But documentation on KYM is based upon the spread and popularity of the topic, not because it’s controversial or some moderators find it unfunny. We judge objectively, not opinion based.
