((Spirit summoning means even post-humous friendships are possible! Normally, it’d be hard for Sunset and Pear Butter to meet up in the soul shield since the place in the shield the deceased go to is among their circle of family and/or friends while they were alive that have also passed are where they stay (Jinn being one of the few exceptions though arguably part of that is because she’s lived so long she has literal generations upon generations of friends)
 
But summoning spirits down allows the possibility of those who wouldn’t normally meet. Neither Sunset or Pear Butter knew much about eachother, but now they can. And even while some aspects are entirely different, they can see what they have in common. Both being mothers that died way too young for example, and as noted in this… they also both had secret weddings for one reason or another))
