Memetic eldritch horror

I imagine in that game the kid is either dying or in a coma, and he’s going to find his sister who’s in the same condition, with limbo being whatever is in between the mortal world and the afterlife.

Spike: twilight!? Twilight where are you!? I came to find you! starts to cry please come out.
Real world
Spike is in the hospital hooked up to a life support machine, and is in a coma.
