This is my newest Fallout Equestria OC, Raspberry Beret! Her friends call her Berry. She works for Rarity at the ministry of image, and helps to create new tactical clothing and armors to help with the war effort. She’s kept on a tight leash due to her being part zebra, but she loves her job and helping Equestria.
 
Raspberry got her cutie mark when she was a filly. She was playing dress up and got annoyed with how much the feather boa she was using tickled her nose. She used a spell to make it to where the feathers wouldn’t tickle her when she wore it. Her talent is imbuing magical properties into clothing! This talent is well used at the ministry.
