*General bio:

• She's the only biological daughter of Pinkie and Skystar but she has many other adopted siblings, all being non-pony creatures or hybrids. She loves to dance and is always down for helping her mother plan big festivals. Her wings are a bit small so she doesn't really fly, she more uses them to help her get and extra boost to her bouncing, a habit she picked up from Pinkie.

• She’s secretly glad she didn’t inherit they ability to have a cutie mark because none of her siblings have them and it makes her feel like she belongs with them.
  She collects trinkets when visiting different parts of Equestria and loves when visiting dignitaries bring her small gifts from their homes, she keeps all around her room, but will sometimes wear them like Skystar does.
  Her favorite event of all time is the grand galloping gala.
