Estelle’s first impression of Blaze was, well she thought he was an egotistical brat who liked to talk all talk and never take any action, that he liked to start fights but never see them through. While visiting with her dad to meet with Queen Ember and King Garble of the dragon lands for yet another boring meeting. The only reason Estelle came was so she could make friends who liked to wrassle and fight without crying to their mommies about a bruise or cut she accidentally gave them. Estelle thought ponies were too soft for her dragon half. So why not make some friends who won’t cry over a little scratch on their hoof. Unfortunately her first “friend” was this asshole.
 
Later in life they became the best bros. They have their moments with arguments leading to violence ending with both in someone’s bed or cave after one hell of a night. Their relationship is somewhat complex, like they can’t decide of they like, hate, or love each other. They still hang out and travel together to new lands, meeting old friends, and having new adventures everyday.
