Description
A new day dawns upon the floating islands of Wind Shepherd Village. Golden rays of sunshine pierce through the curtains as they dance in the crisp morning breeze. You wake up after a good night’s sleep, snuggled up warmly against Apple Basket and Moonflower.
Moonflower: “Mornin’!”
Apple Basket: “Mmh, five more minutes… (yawn)… I mean, uh, howdy.”
You greet your two friends with some group hugs and nuzzles, then reach into your sidereal bag to check the time. Your pocket watch indicates half past six. Time to get rolling!
After sliding out of bed and taking a moment to stretch yourselves awake, you gather your things, and leave the dormitory. A vibrant scenery awaits you outside; tall windmills slowly turning as the soft wind blows into their checkered sails, sweet and colourful wildflowers covering the swaying grass, and a few white fluffy clouds floating high in the brightening sky.
Your party decides to start the day with a short trip to the bathhouse. It might be a while until you next get the chance, so you seize the opportunity to enjoy another good soaking in the cleansing hot water together.
Once all freshened up, you make your way back into the sunlight, and find Snap wandering around the guest isle. You walk up to her with a greeting, and ask her if she is looking for you.
Snap: “Err… yes. Hello. Crew says pony boat is good to sail, and barrels of freshwater are full again. You err… stay here as long as you want, then ask this one when ready to go, yes?”
Nearby is the bathhouse, and the dormitory.
To the north is your sailboat.
To the east is the blacksmith, the carpenter, the tailor, and the tavern.
To the west is the captain’s quarters, the bakery, and the chemist.
