Cheerilee was shown to have a “normal adult body” in her pony-80s photo, which is relayed as being a good chunk of years ago, and Nurse Redheart also had a “normal adult body” in the flashback episode with younger Big Mac losing his voice and filly Applejack learning to not lie, so they’re both at least older than the main cast…
