Dumb idea: Mini comic series with funny shenanigans centering around some of the MLP FIM Villains. Oho.

Concept: The thought of reforming these villains and implementing them into normal pony society came to Twilight, maybe some sort of business? But what kind of business? Oh! Of course! A café should be the perfect thing! These villains get to interact and learn about how they should act normally with regular folk and possibly get to share their own struggles to Twilight, whom manages over the restaurant.

Characters, their personalities, and their jobs:

Twilight: The friendly and organized manager of the café, she keeps a watchful eye on the workers and at times will ask them questions about their past to try and better understand why they became evil, to slowly shift them into truly reforming.

Discord: The kooky cook of the joint. He may be the Lord of Chaos, but he’s damn good at making food, and usually just the food quality alone keeps customers coming back again to have another meal.

Sombra: The head waiter of the males. He’s reserved and dignified, usually donning an intimidating sneer, and speaks in a more sophisticated way. He tries his best to keep the workers under his watch in line, but sometimes is quick to anger when they do not heed his instructions.

Stygian (The Pony of Shadows): The quiet, yet smart little waiter of the bunch. He tends to talk nervously to the customers, and sometimes doesn’t even want to interact with the public at all, since he easily can snap and turn into the Pony of Shadows (which most often scares away customers).

Flim and Flam: Twin waiters and scheming con artists, their main job (besides waiting tables) is to try and con their customers out of higher tips, which Twilight and Sombra are both irritated about. They are very sneaky and extremely convincing, which is most likely why they are such pros in the scamming industry in the first place.

Tirek: The janitor of the café, he works to keep the place clean (sweeping and mopping the floors, cleaning the tables and bathrooms, washing dishes, etc.). He’s very power hungry, and is one that is watched the most, as he may try and eat a customers magic for his own gain.

Starlight: The head waitress of the females. A headstrong, powerful unicorn with the fiery passion to lead those under her care. She gets a bit loud and mouthy quite often, and her temper can go through the roof, but she still tries to serve with a smile!

Trixie: Waitress and magic trick enthusiast. She’s often seen doing little magic tricks for kids if she’s not busy, and enjoys having a true audience again. She was not too enthusiastic about the job she had to do, but she warmed up to it.

Chrysalis: Waitress and one of the workers that needs an eye stayed on, as to make sure she doesn’t devour anyone’s love behind the management’s back. She’s arrogant, and is always trying to overthrow Starlight’s position and gain the waitress leadership, but ultimately fails.

Nightmare Moon: A haughty princess gone bad and a waitress under Starlight. She may be good at her job, but inside her mind, she’s constantly thinking of ways to break free from this job and return to Canterlot to finally overthrow her “dear sister”.
