I read in a review of the EQG series that its creators were focusing more on pandering to their fans instead of telling an actual story. That scene with Fluttershy’s foot looks like an example of that.

This video was CRINGE. They were obviously trying to replicate modern rap music but failed. But then again, this is a children’s cartoon so I shouldn’t really criticise it that much.
