Because the Barbute is based (loosely) off of classical Greco-Roman style helms, like the corinthian. It’s subtle, but there are differences. But like I said, I am nitpicking.  
Edit: I should add, I LOVE the fact for your first armor pic you’re looking at real-life references! <3

IMO, you should’ve ditched the latin helmet if you were going for more medieval full plate harness. Otherwise, well drawn. I really like the use of brass.
