Canon until proven otherwise?
So it’s possible that it happens after S10 and she you know
Edited

Would I want her to show up? Maybe, she is one of my favourite villains in the show after all…though I don’t know what they would actually do with her, or if she’d fit in the new setting.
Do I think she will actually show up? No, not really. G5 seemed to be more focused on it’s own characters, and it’s own setting, probably only using the g4 characters and plot as a distant backstory.
There’s her villain origin.
She did.
We can go off on a tangent and say she’s lying because that’s what villains do, but this is the most direct reference there is to her being a youth and there’s nothing that as strongly suggests otherwise, so I’d take her at face value.
Well, Cozy did die for all intents and purposes.
There’s a rule that it mustn’t be children. Children are only truly evil if they’re psychopathic, and psychopathic children are dumb as fuck and usually accidently die before reaching adulthood.
well one kid picked a fight with him, so he hung the kid’s bunny. I don’t think hanging small lagomorphs is an innuendo for anything. there’s the two kids he took with him to his magical cave of wonders, where he later filled the lake with enraged zombies, and concocted a potion by some unknown means that would cause excruciating pain while you relived your worst memories. no telling what he did in there before he became insanely evil, since they never spoke another word again after the experience.
Wasn’t he diddling the other kids at the orphanage back then?
it’s funny because voldemort was a nasty little fuck as a child, but was raised by a muggle orphanage who had no way to rein him in, who feared him rather than helped him become a decent human being. and even then, he wasn’t unspeakably evil, not even after he got caught up in the bigotry of pure bloodlines. but his mother died from childbirth, malnutrition and exposure to the elements, so tom’s obsession with using magic to overcome death led him to shatter his own soul so as to be immortal through the use of horcruxes. and he maybe didn’t expect the side effect of that to drive you completely batshit insane.
so ironically he had love, and he could have been saved, had the wrong circumstances not befallen him. he’d probably still be a nasty little fuck, but more draco malfoy style than charles manson style.
…I wonder if cozy glow’s statue would count as a horcrux.
“De-Statue?” That’s not a word.
She’s literally designed to be hated you nonce. Its what shes for and its quite enjoyable to do so.
One of the best villains on the show.
Bill had his own agenda, it wasn’t just “for the hell of it”.
her not having a tragic backstory was literally a plot point
Bill Cipher was just evil. He didn’t need a back story. He just was for the hell of it.
