When Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon moved to Manehatten for schooling, both of them were nervous, though neither would ever admit it. They both stumbled upon Babs on their first day of school and Babs took them under her metaphorical wing, helping them get used to the different lifestyle that the big city offered. Diamond settled in quicker than Silver, and Babs was quick to comfort Silver Spoon. It was a big change, of course she was scared. It’s alright to be nervous, everypony will love you! It’ll be alright.
 
Diamond Tiara wasn’t a very comforting friend, so Silver Spoon wasn’t used to the soft and gentle way Babs encouraged her. Silver began to crush on the other filly quite hard, and the feeling was mutual! They became an item rather quickly.
