In an ocean of characters, I think the important thing is that the heads are relatively level; bodies are usually planted around the heads with disregard to actual pose. That’s how people get away with flying/hovering just above the ground, or flying poses getting squeezed into the crowd.

Pretty sure this will not be acceptable for the collab. The sign in Braniac’s picture may be large but since it leans against the legs of the characters, it will be easily hidden by the preceding row of ponies, and have little to no impact on the final piece.
