Background Pony #15D3

This image reminds me of this one concept someone came up with, where the leader of spirits into pony afterlife was a little filly in a raincoat or something like that. It feels silly to look around as if I could ever find it on here, but it was a really cute idea and I was wondering if anyone else ran into that post.
