Meet Open Season ;3
Open Season is a hunter, who works as a farm assistant, and helps to protect their livestock. She is accompanied by her pet dog, a female hunting dog called Valance :3
She is very skilled at setting up nets and traps, and is also skilled when it comes to using guns, mostly rifles and shotguns. She helps protect the farm animals from predator animals such as wolves/timberwolves and foxes. However, she makes sure that it is given a quick death, she doesn’t want them to suffer. The coats and pelts she sells to traders, and the meat she sells towards butchers.
A very chill and laidback mare, she enjoys helping out on the farm, and also loves Valance to bits.

Yeah, I respect hunters who do their job well and just kill while I despise those who use hunting as an opportunity to torment animals.
I also like her design: she looks cute, yet you can tell that this mare isn’t as “innocent” as a regular pony.

SHe’s not heartless. She knows a quick death is beter then a slow and painful one.
