When those wonder of updates to squash some bugs had the few wonder if the recent scandal at apple to get owners of early versions of the I-phone to upgrade to the latest versions through throttling when those know the smartphone was running perfectly before an update when after the update the smartphone was running that sluggishly.

On Arch Linux, or any other linux distro, updates take only a few minutes (most of the time) and they all happen in the background so you can update while working.
