The guy with the trophy case is his dad, and Dinkleburg is his neighbour.
Dinkleburg is richer than Timmy’s dad and has a better life, hence the hatred.
From what I gather, “The Fairly Oddparents” is about a boy named Timmy who has Fairies living in a fishbowl, says “Internet” a lot, and gets shipped with a girl named Trixie. Somewhere in the mix there’s a guy who has an empty trophy case and hates someone named Dinkleburg.
