This pic which I believe is the sequel to  
showcases that indeed her body has grown at least closer to the proportions of a princess.  
Her enhancements however are somewhat overwhelming for the normally demure Twilight and her body which has outgrown most of her clothes including her bras and panties,is difficult to coordinate especially as her new assets partially block her view downward. As such even a relatively simple task like going down stairs of her own home become an ordeal. Fortunately her divine body can certainly take the punishment and the worst of her fall appears to be a few mild scoffs on her skin. NO doubt she will need that divine endurance of hers repeatedly in the near future, as well as new set of clothes.

The previous ascension enhancement picture by King-Kakapo (>>2006811) shows that she got taller and bigger all over. But her boobs did seem to grow even more than the rest of her.

I imagine with all the enhancements to her body,her body weight and sensations are out of proportion,at least for the first few days.. . so her brain,not used to such differences in mass,fails to properly function and thus climbing stairs,a normally simple activity is too confusing for her brain in its new body and a fall is imminent.
