This is Knightshade!  
Originally i just wanted to make a pink and blue haired bat pony but then I developed their story more

Siblings: Bonita Mei Shimmer (eldest half-sister), Lavender Falls (eldest brother), Sweet Tart and Candy Taffy Twist (twin sisters), Shimmering Sweets (brother)

General Ebony Shard was one of Lunas most favored guard. He was a full-blooded bat pony and took pride in his heritage. He was by Lunas side through it all but also contributed in her fall into Nightmare Moon. When Luna was cast into the moon, Ebony and his guard were sent as well. At their return, Ebony was shocked to find Luna had changed and no longer wanted to rule under eternal night. Ebony was furious and pledged to have eternal night once more. He took what guards were still royal to his command and formed a colony deep within the Everfree forest. There, he fell in love with another bat pony but it was short lived and was left with their love child, Bonita.  
Once he had his colony established and growing quickly, Ebony decided it was time to plan. He had an idea to find a worthy unicorn to mother the perfect bat pony/ unicorn fusion. This way, a bat alicorn may be born and be powerful enough to destroy Luna and take her place and plunge the world into darkness. This is when he finally found Wistful Wishes. With his charm, he was able to lure Wistful in and trap her. He turned her into a bat pony and he forced her into bearing his children. First was Lavander Falls, a false unicorn bat pony like his mother. Sweet Tart and Candy Taffy Twist, twins, were both failures in the eyes of their father. One was a regular bat pony and the other was another false unicorn bat pony. Shimmering Sweets was the closest to success, but they were terribly weak and had a mutated horn that split into two. They were also paralyzed from the waist down. Ebonys final attempt also would decide Wistfuls fate. If she failed him one more time, she would die as well as her failure children. Wistful was terrified. She may have hated Ebony, but she loved her children and the bat ponies that were kind to her in the colony. But luckily, Knightshade was born. The perfect alicorn bat pony.  
Growing up, Knightshade was always given special treatment, he was even often called Prince Kightshade. He was reminded constantly of his future and what he was meant to do. Of course, Knightshade wanted no part of that. He knew his future was wrong and unjust, he could never murder another living creature, let alone the princess that was working to integrate bat ponies into society. Knightshade and his siblings have been conjuring a plan to rid of Ebony and his minions, but it has been a tricky procedure.  
Knightshade often goes out into ponyville in their disguise named Wildflower Sapphire. Its there that they met Ocean Breeze. Ocean Breeze works as a guard for Princess Twilight at her school of friendship. Wildflower also has plenty of friends from the school and enjoys dabbling in the world of fashion.
