The second oldest of Pinkie and Cheese’s kids, and the oldest of the triplets. Chocolate Truffle and his brothers, Funnel Cake and Fluffernutter Sandwich were born in Canterlot where there was better equipment available at the hospital to help with the delivery of the triplets. Triplets are uncommon in Equestria, and can be quite dangerous to the mother, which is why Pinkie and her babies needed specialized care.  
Chocolate Truffle is a bit of an oddball in his family, tending to be cold and a little cruel rather than happy and bubbly like the rest of his family.  
His closest friends are Daybreak, Helios, Lemon Sours and Sea Foam.
