Twilight didn’t do that because she genuinely cared about/wanted to help Discord, that was more of a “fine, if it’ll get you out of my hair” gesture on her part. Fluttershy really was the only one of the Mane Six who was legit nice to him and didn’t give him the stink eye whenever he showed up.
